# Language switching with Langify and Pandectes: Troubleshooting 

Discover how to troubleshoot and resolve language switching issues when using our app in combination with the Langify app.
### Langify Cookie ly-lang-selected

Navigate to our app **Settings** section, locate the Cookie & HTML Storage page, and ensure the `ly-lang-selected` cookie is listed. If not, you can add it manually. This will help you list this cookie on your cookie policy or inside the banner where the cookie details may be presented.

### Troubleshooting

If the language switcher isn’t working correctly, then follow the next checkpoints:

2. If it is not a Langify-related issue, the other possible reason is your theme settings, so you can ask Theme support.
3. Finally, you can temporarily disable our app and test the language switcher again.
