# Privacy Policy Disclosure for Pandectes GDPR Compliance

This guide provides a template to help you effectively communicate the use of Pandectes in managing user consents and data processing activities.

### Use of Pandectes GDPR Compliance

On our store, we use the consent management tool [Pandectes GDPR Compliance](https://apps.shopify.com/gdpr-cookie-consent) from [Pandectes](https://pandectes.io/). This tool enables you to manage consent for data processing via the store, particularly for the setting of cookies, and to exercise your right to revoke consents that have already been given.

The purpose of this data processing is to obtain and document the necessary consents for data processing and to comply with legal obligations. For this purpose, cookies may be used, and the following information may be collected and transmitted to Pandectes: anonymized IP address, date and time of consent, URL from which the consent was given, anonymous, random, encrypted key, and consent status. This data will not be shared with other third parties.

The data processing is carried out to comply with a legal obligation based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. It is also valid for other data regulations.
