Default language

This is the default language for the public tools of the app.

Single vs Multilingual

Select either to have a single language or multiple languages.

Language detection

Select the desired detection method to load the appropriate language.

  • From browser preferences
Based on the visitor’s browser language we provide the public tools of the app on the same language.

  • From IP address (geolocation)
By checking the ip address of the visitor we detect the country and we select the associated language.

  • From URL (domain.myshopify.com/en)
If the store is using any translation app or the native Shopify multilingual option we detect the language from the url parameters and we load the same language for the app.

  • From Store language (locale)
The detection method checks the current store locale property.

Extra languages

Here you can add the languages from the list above that you want the app to be presented.
