Managing customer data requests is required under GDPR and other data regulations.
You can give the option to a guest visitor (someone that has not yet logged in but he has already an account or has made an order already to the store) to make requests about his data. Once inside the Pandectes settings, navigate to the Customer Data Requests section and click on Support guest visitors.
In Settings under Notifications, you can enable alerts for both you and your customers. It's recommended to turn this on so you’ll get email notifications whenever users request actions on their data, ensuring you don't miss any important updates.
