Banner links go to blank page

There are themes that make the banner links (especially the cookie details links) to open on a new tab. In fact these themes add extra attributes to all the links of the store including the banners links of our application. This creates a problem in the navigation of the visitor to the banner options and there is no way to open detailed information about the cookie details.
A quick solution for that is to disable "Open external links in a new tab" option of your theme in case that you face such a problem.
