Eu withdrawal button - Products Selection

In this guide, you will learn how to let customers choose which products from an order to include in a withdrawal request. Follow the next steps to enable product selection and review submitted items.

Steps

1. Open Withdrawal Settings

From your Shopify admin, open Apps > Pandectes > Settings > EU Withdrawal button > Settings.

2. Enable product selection

In the Validation section:

Enable Validate order number
Enable Let customers select products
Click Save

Note: Let customers select products appears under Validate order number because Pandectes must verify the Shopify order before it can show the order items.

3. Let customers find their order

On your withdrawal page, customers enter their name, email address, and order number, then select Submit request.

When the order is found, customers can choose which products to include.

4. Review selected products in a request

Open a withdrawal request from Apps > Pandectes > Settings > EU Withdrawal button > Dashboard.

The request detail page shows order verification, customer information, request status, and activity history.

If the customer selected specific products, the detail page includes a Selected products section with the chosen order items.

Note: Product selection is optional. Existing withdrawal requests still work if they were created before this feature was enabled. If customers do not see product selection, confirm that both Validate order number and Let customers select products are enabled.

Final Result

After completing these steps:

Validate order number and Let customers select products are enabled
Customers can find an order and choose which products to withdraw
Selected products appear on the withdrawal request detail page under Selected products
