Here, you can choose the App default language, which will be your banner's default one. Translations for all European Union languages are available.
If you would like to use another language that does not belong to EU languages and you want to get auto-translated, you would need to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.
Check the Enable multiple language options and select the additional languages you want your banner translated in the Extra languages field.
In the Detect language field, you must decide which way the app should use to detect into which language the banner should get translated. The App default language will be used if the detected language is not among your extra languages.
From user preferences (browser) – When this option is selected, the application will show the banner in your customers' browser default language.
From IP address (geolocation) – When this option is selected, the application will use our geolocation detection service that returns the general location of your customers by their IP (approximately at a city level) to detect their country and select the associated language.
From URL – If your store is using any translation application or the native Shopify multilingual option to be translated into multiple languages, the application will detect the language from the URL parameters and load the same language for your banner.
From store language (locale) — When this option is selected, the application will check the current store locale property and will load the same language for your banner.
