Consent archives

Overview

Consent archives allow you to request monthly bulk exports of consent records from your store.

This feature is useful when you need to download consent records for a full month instead of exporting records manually from the consent tracking table.

Consent archives are available only on the Enterprise plan.

*Monthly bulk exports are available only for months after the Enterprise plan becomes active on your store.

From your Shopify admin:

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Open Pandectes GDPR.
  3. In the Pandectes sidebar, click Reports.
  4. Open Consents tracking.

The Consent archives section appears below the consent tracking table.

The Consent archives section is used for monthly bulk exports.

It includes:

  • Period – the month covered by the archive
  • Consents – the number of consent records included in the archive
  • File – the current archive status or download action
  • Year selector – used to switch between available years

Requesting a monthly archive

To request a consent archive:

  1. Go to Reports → Consents tracking.
  2. Scroll to Consent archives.
  3. Select the year from the year selector.
  4. Find the month you want to export.
  5. Click Request in the File column.

After you request the archive, the file status changes to Processing.

Processing status

When an archive is being prepared, the File column shows Processing.

During this time, the export file is not ready yet.

Once processing is complete, the file becomes available for download from the same row.

Downloading an archive

After the archive is ready:

  1. Go to Reports → Consents tracking.
  2. Scroll to Consent archives.
  3. Find the requested month.
  4. Download the file from the File column.

The exported file contains consent records for the selected monthly period.

Important notes

  • Consent archives are monthly bulk exports.
  • Archives are generated per month, not for custom date ranges.
  • Monthly bulk exports are available only for months after the Enterprise plan becomes active on your store.
  • The visible periods may depend on the selected year.
  • If a file is still marked as Processing, wait until the archive generation is completed.
  • For individual records or shorter date ranges, use the consent tracking table and its available filters.
